Within the framework of the State Investment Program, without allocating resources from the general budget, the investments of Tekirdağ Marina, which was tendered under the “Build-Operate-Transfer” model in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3996, have been completed by Tekirdağ Yat Limanı İşletmeleri A.Ş.

The Tekirdağ Yacht Marina was tendered by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure under the "Build-Operate-Transfer" model in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3996, without any allocation from the general budget within the framework of the State Investment Program.

All investments in the Tekirdağ Marina are provided by Tekirdağ Yacht Port Operations Inc., and upon completion of the construction activities, which are under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, it will be put into service as a tourism facility operating in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2634 on Tourism Incentives and the Maritime Tourism Regulation.
As an city marina, Tekirdağ Marina aims to contribute to tourism and support the preservation of the city’s maritime culture, which has continued from the past to the present. In the ongoing construction process of the marina, a capacity for 200 berths, a dry dock area, and a living center will be provided to meet all visitors' needs. The Tekirdağ Yacht Marina was tendered by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure under the "Build-Operate-Transfer" model in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3996, without any allocation from the general budget within the framework of the State Investment Program.
